Hi, I’m Lalida.
I’m a counsellor, but I’ve also been where you are.
I am a qualified Integrative Trauma Counsellor (MBACP) based in Godalming, Surrey, providing specialist support for trauma, anxiety, and cultural identity. I offer therapy in both English and Thai, serving local clients in Surrey and online throughout the UK.
I know what it’s like to live "between worlds," trying to balance different cultures, expectations, and the feeling that you don’t quite fit in anywhere. It can be exhausting to look like you’re doing fine on the outside, while feeling anxious or stuck on the inside.
I remember the feeling of wanting things to change but not knowing where to start, or worrying that my story was "too much" for someone else to understand.
That’s why I do what I do. I want to offer you a space where you don't have to explain yourself or "perform" for anyone. Here, we can look at your past and your current struggles together, at a pace that feels right for you.
My goal isn't just to "fix" things, but to help you feel more steady, safe, and comfortable in who you are.
